Izzy is the immediate past President and an active member of the Board of Directors of HR/NY, the metro New York chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and has served as the Chair of its Benefits Special Interest Group.Prior to creating HR Impact, Izzy was a Vice President at Compensation Resource Group and Regional Health and Welfare Practice Leader for Arthur Andersen, in New York.Izzy has been an author of several articles on employee benefits and people strategy issues, and has been a speaker at industry seminars on various compensation and benefits topics.
Before joining HR Impact in 2004, Howard spent eight years at Tommy Hilfiger U.S.A., Inc. and was the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Administrative Services.Prior to Tommy Hilfiger, Howard led the Human Resources departments of Giorgio Armani, Polo Ralph Lauren Retail and, for over eight years, held various senior-level corporate and store-line human resources positions at Macy's.Howard is a long-term member of the Society for Human Resource Management and a member of HR/NY, the metro-NY chapter of SHRM.
Jill is a seasoned Human Resources professional specializing in benefits administration and Human Resource system implementation, and employee relations. Jill also has experience processing payroll and managing the recruitment process. Jill’s expertise spans several industries including fashion, retail, wholesale, finance, marketing, entertainment, and non-profit. As one of the most tenured members of the team, Jill has an exceptional understanding of the clients that we serve.
Mary-Kate is a Human Resources Consultant who supports our clients as an HR Generalist. She partners with our clients on the full employee life cycle, including recruiting, onboarding, organization and employee development, employee relations, payroll and benefits. Prior to joining HR Impact, Mary-Kate worked as an HR Generalist in the retail industry at Ralph Lauren. Mary-Kate graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Princeton University.
Melanie is our HR/Benefits Coordinator, supporting multiple clients with benefits administration, on-boarding, recruiting and more. Melanie graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with honors. Prior to working at HR Impact, Melanie worked in various human resource support roles in the healthcare industry.
